Sprints-Back Squats

20 Rounds…

40 Yard Sprints every 30 seconds

followed by…

Back Squats 5-5-5

Front Squats 1 set of 15-20 reps

*Lots of PR’s today on the Back Squats!  You all are really getting strong!  Love it!

    Bob – Are you running backwards? If not that looks like 3rd place to me…..Karen W. stepped in nicely for you at 5AM and smoked me in all 20 legs. In Paleo language….”She Run Good”

    Rich – remember it is not how you begin it is how you end. I will say that we all shared in victories and defeats but we all finished together. Now… the reason Karen beat you every time may have been the type of shorts you were wearing..did you have those short shorts today?

    Yes I did Bob! Cindy told me it was Bench Press day so I threw on the shorties in case you were my “spotter” again today
