I must say that after the traumatic experience
I had with my OHS at the CFNE Throwdown, these OHS were a pure joy to do today! I guess what they say is true – if it doesn’t kill you, it makes you stronger!!! Now if I could only learn how to do 42 consecutive pullups (or even more than just 3), I would be all set!

MEL, we were ready to head right back up to Natick and show ‘em we could OHS with the Big Dawgs! Our traumatic experiences obviously made us stronger!
