Box Jumps

1 Minute Rest then…
10-9-8-7-6-5-4-3-2-1
Push Ups
Lunges (both)
*complete each couplet with a partner where both athletes complete the exercises at the same time, then switch.
Rest exactly one minute then complete the second couplet.
