    Hey Tom…

Take a look at your video and tell me what (if anything) you think could have been better…

Hint: Benny has the same thing going on a little, but it’s not quite as pronounced…

Anyone else see it? Post answers to comments…

Good call Rob, but you’re seeing one sign of a bigger problem… To take it one step further, it’s an early arm bend that I see as the problem. It’s difficult to get that powerful shrug necessary for a heavy snatch when the elbows have already broken drastically.

To quote my friend O’Neill… “Arms bend = Power ends”. Use that hip pop and a big shrug to move that weight and your life will get easier!

Hope you guys don’t mind that I’m picking on you, but we can all benefit from this stuff! Thanks!

I was thinking that an old man like me has his own video. Thats pretty good. Your right B should have grunted sooner. Looks like me and you need to get together and work on it. Better late than never. Tom
