Create-a-WOD using the format of Jackie.

1000M Row

50 Reps of a weighted lift

30 Reps of a gymnastic movement

 

Lots of variations of this one today as well as a trio doing “DIANE”, 

Suzi and the FAIRBURN,

Eric MAX Deadlift and

an Intro to CrossFit athlete!    Great job Greg!!

All followed by a Pull Up Clinic with Lindsey!

Lots of activity for a rainy Saturday!  Great work today athletes!!

    Holy crap Eric a 350 back squat and 150 press and you’ll have the first ccf thousand. Unless I missed it already…it’s be soooo long.
