Strength Work:  Power Cleans 3-3-3-3-3

followed by…

EMOM 20 Min

Clean & Jerks (135/95)

-you will complete 1 rep every minute on the minute adding one more rep to each minute.

Minute 1=1 Rep

Minute 2=2 Reps

Minute 3=3 Reps and so on….

*once you can no longer complete the number of required reps for the minute, you will start the next minute back at 1 rep each minute and work your way back up again. 

On minute 20, go all out for the full minute.

Record number of reps completed (see chart on White Board)

    Cynergy’s hot mamma’s are all on fire today! What an wonderful gift to share a community with a group of strong woman! and a lovely place for my daughters to watch strong woman grow even stronger. Thanks guys!

    Loved the workout today. I especially like the way we counted the reps. It should be that way with all the EMOM workouts. I feel like I got a lot more in that I usually would.

    Dan, I agree with you 100%. Loved today’s WOD and the way it was set up. Also, you looked great today. I got a little peek from outside while working my bootcampers.

    You can’t say enough about the community that has been created at Cynergy. There are so many inspiring people and stories everyday!

    Excellent WOD today! Was totally spent when it was over and wanted to crawl home and go back to bed. Sadly, the dam job got in the way of such plans :) Nice job Jackie continuing to Crossfit through your pregnancy. Although I don’t know nothing about birthing no babies, I have to imagine this will help your labor! Lindsey – next time that 140 # is ours!!!!

    Shout out to Cindy for her 145# PR on the power cleans! Outstanding! As I told my group today… Even if I could lift 145 (and I couldn’t!) I didn’t want to do because I don’t want to bulk up…

    Thanks everyone. I couldn’t keep going without everyones continued support (and the occasional punch to the head)! And if I go into labor in the “box”, Mo-Fo or JennieT better be working out.
    ps Tell Mark about Tabata Robertson. Otherwise we are thinking Fran, Annie or Cindy.
