hmmm..dont remember the last time I laughed so much doing 100 sit ups with a 5 lb medicine ball being hummed at me…that was fun, B!!!

Rich – I think its the short shorts that make your legs look taller:) At least you didn’t have to play partner toss with the wall. Favorite WOD followed by least favorite handstands!!

Danielle… dont feel bad I was a DNF also, the pain is gone… its just the disappointment that remains.

Anyone who wants to run THIS Sunday!! There is a 5K in Abington…Jeffrey Coombs 8th annual!!
You can register on line or in the am of the race!
$20.00 is the cost and it is a 9am start @ the Woodsdale Elementary school on Chestnut Street!!

Danielle, PAIN you ask!! My quads are the worst they ever have been STILL from Fran-a-thon. I did ride my bike two and from Cynergy and it was my first day in over a month but this is unreal. I haven’t worked out in two days b/c I can not move my legs without tons of pain. While walking my legs will buckle for no reason. I’m waiting to hit the floor. Advil is not working. If it wasn’t both legs I’d wonder if I should go to the doctors. Seriously, ouch! FYI ~shoulders are fine. Weird! I’m going to try to swim tonight.

Still Feeling Franzilla as well but only in the pull-up muscles and triceps – probably because my thrusters were so bad I had to do 120 pull ups. Today was fun. Denise was a great teammate for the “hit your partner in the face with med ball” portion of the program.
good thing Bob wasn’t there this morning Di or he would have scolded me for the short shorts. They do help with double unders though

yes, still feeling the pain of Fran a thon! I did enjoy the WOD, especially being across from shorty shorts! My face is fine now…only got a bump on the head from the crashing down! I do believe shorty shorts and I made an awesome pair at the toss, we were slamming it! PS I would hate to have the WOD posted..I would probably run away!!

DW we were a good team – once we got passed #40 we were on FIAH. I also would probably never leave the house if I knew the WOD ahead of time.
