Great job today everyone!  Most of you PR’ed your pull ups from Tuesday!   It’s all what you tell youlrself you are capable of…..

Enjoy the weekend and remember we only have the 8 AM Open Gym tomorrow….No 9 AM Boot Camp Class

Sunday is the Fun Run/BBQ at the Cappellini’s at 10 AM

Monday, Labor Day, 8 AM class only!  Great day to bring a friend or family member!!
