    B – what are you push pressing there, like 250 pounds or something???? You Carse girls are wicked strong!!! Nice work Cindy. I felt like a weakling next to you :) Excellent workout, though I fear I will slowly lose the ability to use my arms as the day goes on.

    B tried to beat her older sister with 185 and just couldn’t get it up! So, Minni got me on this one! Great job sis! My shoulders are TOAST!
    Big shout out to Pizzi who PRed with 100#! She is power-packed! Clancy was no slouch today either… he was able to get the 185!! Good work!

    I was looking at CFNE’s website today, and there’s a picture taken well after the beverages were flowing of Harry attempting an overhead squat using Heather as a barbell. I am looking for a volunteer………
