Triple Threat

3 rounds:  15 KB wings (53/35) + 15 Push Ups

400M Run

3 rounds:   15 Wall Balls (20/14) + 15 Pull Ups

400 M Run

3 rounds:  15 DB Thrusters (30/20) + 15 Box Jumps (24/20)

400 M Run

Denise Watson…you got that KIP….continue to work on that form! And LOVED seeing on the Big Box today….continue to challenge yourself Denise…. 

Vicki Roy…getting your chin to the bar today….LOVED it!

Erin Shanahan…getting 5 Pull ups in a row and on the Big Bar!!!  Bravo!  AND those 14# Wall Balls hitting that target….awesome!

    Hey if anyone has any GOOD CROSSFIT tunes to work out to, please post them. We can update the ipod with new songs and/or entire playlist ideas but you have to let me know. Please feel free to throw out some ideas.

    My arms are still shaking! Toughest 15 pullups ever! Danielle had to yell at me to finish the last three! Cindy, you are the best coach, going back to basics,sucks but I love it!

    Good work-out today. Is anybody else feeling the effects of PIZZI? I feel like I should be breaking out a wheelchair and a hadicap pass. Stairs are not my friend today.
