5 Bench Press (BW)
5 Dead lift (1.5 BW
5 Squat clean (3/4 BW)

You get 20 seconds to complete 5 Reps of Bench Press. Then you get 10 seconds to change to the Dead Lift. 20 seconds to complete 5 reps and finally 20 seconds to complete 5 Cleans. There is a continuous clock. 11 rounds of each exercise.
