Everyone was amazing! It was a honor to coach/judge some of you guys! Lil P, Tee, Marc, Eric, Carse even though I was coaching/judging I felt the pain during the workout and then all the pride I felt for you when you finished! Lil P and Carse you two are my heroes! Im so proud of you two for not only showing up but killing it! Of course also our fearless leader warrior Keith who never quit and when ever I told him to get up or pick it up HE DID IT! You rock KB. Cynergy represented big time! Everyone went, hard, went heavy and best of all went LEGIT! I can’t say it enough how proud I am of all the athletes that killed it at the throwdown!
