I can’t say it enough how proud I am of all the athletes that killed it at the throwdown! Everyone was amazing! It was a honor to coach/judge some of you guys! Lil P, Tee, Marc, Eric, Carse even though I was coaching/judging I felt the pain during the workout and then all the pride I felt for you when you finished! Lil P and Carse you two are my heroes! Im so proud of you two for not only showing up but killing it! Of course also our fearless leader warrior Keith who never quit and when ever I told him to get up or pick it up HE DID IT! You rock KB. Cynergy represented big time! Everyone went, hard, went heavy and best of all went LEGIT!

Great photos B – they really capture the day! Very proud of all the Cynergy athletes that competed. Everyone truly pushed themselves beyond what we thought we were capable of. Thank you also to everyone who came out and cheered us on. It was great to have all of the support and encouragement during those two very tough WOD’s! I am very proud to be a part of such a great community of people!

The support and encouragement from all CCF is what made the day most memorable. Thanks for all the cheering ON!!!

B, awesome shots AND awesome performance.
I am so freakin’ proud of you for signing up and taking it on! I know competing challenged you on so many levels and I am certain that it has also left you with an immense sense of accomplishment and pride.
