This looks like it was a fun workout. Hopefully I can get rid of this cold today so I can come play tomorrow. Two days without crossfit and I’m going CRAZY!!!

DanBr – you apparently left your germs in the gym even though you haven’t been there. I have an earache and sore throat today!! Thanks:)

Jill – you look like you are glowing!! Bob B is cheating on us again.

Another WOD that looks easy written on the board!

This was a major windsucker! 50 meters never felt so long!

Windsucker is right “B”. That kettle bell was talking to me in round 10

My wife says I am not losing weight because I don’t do enough Cardio. So I invited her to come to class with me tomorrow night. I don’t know if we are going to go at 4PM, or 6PM for boot-camp.

Mike, it has nothing to do with “Cardio”. Take a long, hard look at your diet if you’re really concerned about dropping a few pounds.

And also, don’t think the scale tells the whole tale. Keep in mind you’ve put on some muscle mass since starting with us. Consult with a coach when you have a chance to figure out what you’re doing right and doing wrong.

Chip ~ Agreed!! Wish i realized that the first year. But it’s so true. :)

    JIll ~ How about NOW?

I will agree also – worked out for a year and never dropped a pound – took sugar, bread, and dairy out of the diet and dropped pounds AND got stronger. Thought I would never say that! Its true – you are what you eat!!!

    Who knew?

still debating the paleo route… bread and dairy are huge staples in my diet.
