Saturday Boot Camp

Complete the following in 2 minutes or less:
3 Box Jumps
6 Burpees
9 Medicine Ball Slams
12 Situps
15 rounds
If you cannot complete all reps within the two minutes, finish the round you are working on and sit the following round out (Highest possible score is 15)





Great job everyone! We had several people complete all 15 rounds, and everyone put in a great effort.
I’d like to give a big shout out to CrossFit mascot Pukie the Clown, who graced us with his presence at Boot Camp this morning!
