Part 1: Pick two gymnastics elements that you need work on and PRACTICE!
Some of the featured movements:
Skin-the-cats, pull-ups, muscle-ups, handstand pushups, ring dips, etc.
Part 2:
WOD: “Death by 10 meters…”
On the first minute, sprint 10 meters. On the second minute, sprint 20 meters… On the third minute, sprint 30 meters… continue in this fashion until you are no longer able.
Congratulations to Mike Benedict who got his first muscle-up today!
And congrats to Keith who got his first muscle-up on the bar!
