Open Gym Saturday and Boot Camp

We saw a plethora of work outs today. We had 3 CF Totals, another hold over Nancy, 2 Micheals and a Kelly! And Boot Camp: Team 1500…..Teams of 3 need to complete 100 push ups, 200 Push press, 300 sit ups, 400 Squats, and 500 Band Up right rows…for time!
