Some really gutsy efforts today at 9am. Nice work everyone.

MoFo, you are ON FIAH as of late. Keep it up.

Pizzi… outstanding fight this morning, lady. Excellent technique getting that weight from shoulder to overhead. You should be proud.

Master P(ayton)… I’d expect nothing less.

Carol…. excellent fight all the way to the end… your technique remained good and really carried you through.

B (the other Carol)… DOMINATING performance!

Carse… great job today getting that weight to overhead. You are a natural at the push-jerk and made it look easy. If you learn to use your hips a little more on the clean portion of the lift, you will be unstoppable!

Lisa… talk about getting indoctrinated this morning!!! Welcome to the club! Nice work.

Gaynor… you SOOO had that 115#. Maybe 7 miles the day before had something to do with that????

And thanks to Cindy, always pushing us and keeping us honest! We needed it today!

Great job everyone (hope i didn’t miss anyone).

This is one of my favorite workouts! As I was looking around this morning, I was really amazed at just how strong everyone has gotten over just the last few months even. The fact that there are several ladies lifting 100 pounds overhead 50 times, when 95 pounds seemed impossible to many a short while ago is really amazing. Impressive!

I second Maureen’s comment. It is truly amazing to witness the strength gains we have all had within the past few months. My first month of boot camp I looked at Keith like he was CRAZY because told me to push press with the 15# DB’s. And here we are now…..

AMAZING EFFORT 5 a.m.!!! Great focus on those C&J’s today. You all killed it! Bryan, Jeff, Tracy, Elisha, Mari, OB, Margo – you guys gave it your all and it certainly paid off. Margo…way to finish those 10 rounds!

LISA!! Welcome…so psyched you are with us!
