<3 What a day for a run <3 As i was running this am, I got to thinking What did we do before Crossfit?? Hmmm… I don't want to think about that!!
One thing i do know is that Vicki has a beautiful voice as she belts out songs on her IPOD!! It made me SQTM (smile quielty to myself)
Awesome job Vicki ~ "I'm just going to run till ii can't run anymore"! Rock On!!

I have NEVER run 5 miles off of a treadmill. I soooo wanted to stop at 4. OK , really it was 3. I was feeling the burn. Thanks cynthia for pushing that extra mile out of me. I’m loving it!

Felt like a Gorilla chasing a bunch of gazelles today. Awesome pace set by Dan P, Dan B, Diana, and Jill. Interesting how the 3 mile option fell off the board this time around. I think Cindy has a plan!!!

Absolutely remakable how many people ran more this AM than they ever had before in their entire lives! That is so incredible. I can’t imagine how many more by day’s end. All one box, all one “family”, all doing the same workouts but countless side stories of personal goals, accomplishments, and past defeats turned into personal triumphs you could never keep track of them. What remarkable people and remarkable trainers. What an amazing place! When you find yourself dying to get back there every day and getting excited for other people’s accomplishments (some you hardly know, some you’ve never even met) then you know you’re at a pretty special place. And it just keeps getting better and better. Thanks Cindy and Keith and everyone at Cynergy!
