the BEAR

5 rounds of 7 reps of the following complex…

Clean

Front Squat

Push Press

Back Squat

Push Press

*the above movements can be combined into a Squat Clean/Thruster/Back Squat -Thruster

*Rest in between sets

*Add weight to each round if your prior round was an unbroken set

*the bar cannot rest on the ground
