Cool pictures as always. Carse, looking good buddy! Buzz, WOW! Great job! That was one BRUTAL WOD. Thanks for the encouragement and push, Payton (ya, I could hear ya!). On a happier note, the liquid bandaid didn’t burn as intensely as it did last time! So, you know…yeaaah for that.

B I’m concerned. You look great, strong, intense. But there’s a sadness in your eyes. I know you are blessed and surrounded by the love of your amazing family and wonderful husband. Still…have you considered the unconditional love only a stray needy cat can provide??

yes I have Jill! and I want it!

Thanks to my coach for this WOD. Payton you definitely cut a few minutes off my time! It didn’t hurt having the inspirational duo of Cindy and Bob B. there for the 7am either. They were awesome once again. God bless the Mark Carter’s of this world for all they have sacrificed!
July 15th, 2009 at 5:11 pm

Buzz, Once again..you da man!! Way to kill it! Jess thanks for the coaching and cheering tonight. Great job 4pm’ers! Marc, Keith and Brian. Welcome to the suck Brian. Great job on your first WOD! It was fun running my second 800 while throwing up. A week off and then “Badger” talk about hell but all I had to do was think of all the sacrifices that CPO Carter made for us so we can enjoy our lives!! God bless and rest in peace!
