Danielle-I am thinking that you should join us one day for a day of BOOT CAMP at Indian Head! That would make it even more fun!

FYI, for those that are looking at Keith’s great photos and wondering why all of these aforementioned awesome bootcampers are doing pushups with their hips in improper form…they are doing divebombers.
