Week 2 Boot Camp is under way!

It is a beautiful day for a boot camp. The sun was shining and TABATA was singing! 20 secionds of work and 10 seconds of rest for 8 rounds and 4 different exercises [Push-ups, sit-ups, ring rows and squats.] The goal of the TABATA is to be consistent with your reps for that 20 second time interval. If you get 15 push ups to start, try to maintaion that number for the entire 8 rounds. Great job by many of the Bridgewater campers this morning.

The TABATA class is one of the best workouts we have done over my three months yet. The continuous movement and switching from exercise to exercise keep it fresh and challenging.
