Saturday Boot Camp 07/10

It was a beautiful day for a tough boot camp workout. Many new faces and some vets were in the mix.

The workout looked like this:
4 Corners
2 teams, you earn a point everytime you complete one round around the four corners of the parking lot. Complete 10 reps and sprint to the next cone. 2-10 min rounds.
Round 1:
Cone 1-KB Swings
Cone 2-Squat Thrusts
Cone 3-Sit ups
Cone 4-DB Thrusters
Score after round 1
“TEAM WON”-15
“TEAM KILLAZ”-15

Round 2:
Cone 1-Squats
Cone 2-Push Ups
Cone 3-Chin to Knees
Cone 4-Push Press
Score after Round 2:
“TEAM KILLAZ”-21
“TEAM WON”-20
It was a close one, but everyone got in a great workout and put out an excellent effort!!!

It looked like a great camp. Nice Job Jess.It was fantastic to see so many 6AM bootcampers there for the saturday Bootcamp too! Well done Ladies!!!!
