Minni is chomping at the bit to get this shit on the white board my brother and sister CrossFitters! Start swinging that sledgehammer and get ready to hoist those sandbags over your shoulders! It’s gonna get dirty!! Maureen – I think there is a statute in the CrossFit handbook that states we do not have to hoist large smelly dead things in the woods. Page 60, paragraph 3.

yup that’s the update!!! Whooooo Hooooo!!!!!!! INVICTUS CURRENTLY SITS 2ND IN THE AFFILIATE CUP CHALLANGE!!! I’m so proud!!!
Hopefully they will make it into the finals on Sunday!

We should definitely go next year! There will probably be qualifiers because there will be too many affiliates who will want to compete! Linds, is your sister competing?

Actually, looks like Invictus dropped to 4th after the final WOD of the day, but they made the final WOD on Sunday afternoon!
On another note, our friends as CFNE finished 15th overall and the team from North Shore CF finished 65th! Nice showing from the MA folks!

Thanks for the correction, court told me they were first but it was first after the latest wod at the time. Still an amazing showing by team invictus congrats to all and good luck on Sunday!!!!
