July Boot Camps Started Day 2

July Boot Camp has started and the 6 am Bridgewater camp was, through the fog, in full swing. After working out the kinks and the soreness from the test [ 200 meter run with a 4 minute max effort of push ups, squats and sit-ups.] The camp practiced the KB swing and the dumb bell push press.
Todays WOD is
8 Minutes Partners [AMRAP As Many Rounds as Possible]
12 KB Swings
7 Push ups
50 Meter Sprint
Then 8 Minute Partners
12 Push Press
7 Sit ups
50 Meter sprint.

Great pics! Sorry, but the soreness never really goes away! You will see the difference in all you strive for!
