Card Game

The Card Game

in teams of 2-4 players….

Each team receives a deck of cards.

The object of the game is to see which team can go through the entire deck of cards the fastest.

Hearts=Burpees

Diamonds=Pull Ups

Clubs=Box Jumps

Spades=Handstand Push Ups

The number value represents the number of reps.

Face cards =15 reps

ACE=11 reps

Joker=200 M Sprint

When the Joker is pulled everyone must finish their exercise, run the 200 M then the next card pulled will be double the reps.  That continues until the next Joker is pulled.

When complete, there is a group 1 Mile run.

    Hey Gass how many burpees today. I shouldn’t have rubbed you head for luck at shift change, it got me 53 burpees in a row to start and a total of 86 for the wod. Burpee mania. Thanks for the company on the run jackie, have a safe fourth everyone.

    Should go to Foxwoods tonight! No way my luck could be any worse than pulling 3 straight diamonds (pullups) when we were doubling reps

    I spent ALL am praying for “Lunges” ALL i got were wall ball sit ups and pull ups round one..Burpee pull ups (30) round two! :)
    Good times… Black eyes THREE’s! Fun WOD!
