Daniel was a blast!! No rip’s!
Key may be to take your time on each rep? I found that reverse grip every other 5 reps worked really good! Thanks Lindsey!!
She wanted to help Drew wash his poor ass bloody hands after too! <3
And yes…I brought my mommy to CF!
Thanks Cindy for the Pic of US!

sorry I missed this one, wanted to stay home with “my Daniel” for the am in case he’s off to scary places today.
Nice work everyone!!! I’ll have to suffer through this one on my own someday. Great Job!!

Gos I HATE missing these kind of workouts. Looks like a real tough one (from the rips on the paws.) Really nice to see a picture of Suzi and her Proud Mom. One for the memories.
Lindsey — hope Dan is safe. I think he kinda likes scarey places. You know, the places most people would never go. God Speed to him.

Rest easy Daniel, today’s WOD is worthy of the freedom you helped to protect. Lidnsey try not to worry to much, Dan’s gonna be safe and make where he is at safer place too.

Just to clarify, before I get too worked up, hopefully he won’t be going anywhere, we’ll see.
Thanks guys!

whether he does or doesn’t certainly cannot diminish the service and sacrifice he has provided for his country; for us. God bless you Dan and keep you safe if called upon.
These hero workouts remind us of the ultimate sacrifice so many brave men and women make defending our freedoms. There are so many brave men and women that serve, either in the military and/or first responders in our community that we are fortunate enough to work out with every day. Truly an honor. Thank you all for your service and RIP Sgt 1st Class Daniel Crabtree.

Sgt. 1st Class Daniel Crabtree – it was an honor to rip for you today. It’s the least I could do…

Another good one today. This is one of my favorites– the “Hero” workouts tend to bring the best out of any CrossFitter I think.
With work being what it is, haven’t worked out since Sunday. I feel like a dump. Hoping that I can see you guys at some point soon!

Wow – I go away for the week and Suzie has gotten Nanny (her mom) to join CF! Wow! The salt water is healing my hands nicely from the last rips!
July 1st, 2009 at 4:06 pm
Judging from the pictures today, Mel, we’re sending a few more paws your way! What a way to heal
