    Ouch! – Great WOD today. Nice combo to follow Front Squats! SDLHP were surprisingly tenacious after the Thrusters and Hang Cleans

    There were some great numbers Chip! Anywhere from 4 to 11+ (that one would be Cindy!) I noticed a lot of the ladies did RX+. Very impressive!
