Congratulations go out to Diana Rosenstein who completed in the Patriot Triathalon in Freeport, MA this past Saturday. She finished in 7:41:40! You are amazing Di!
Diana came to us last year to get stronger in her running and has not only completed 2 Full Marathons and 2 Triathalons this year but has come full circle as a CrossFit athlete! Great work Di! We are so proud of you!

Our Congratulations also go out to our own Rich Pineo who received his CrossFit Level 1 cert this past weekend at CrossFit Montclair. Way to go Rich! Can’t wait to hear about the expereince!!

    Diana, I have a few Tri’s on the books this season. Maybe we could hook up to train sometime? Anyone else interested in the sport? There are some great local sprints to “test the waters with”.

    I have a sprint on Nantucket on July 11th, any chance you’ll be there?
