Remember research is showing more and more that a large amount of our “diseases” are secondary to an increase of inflammation in our body. I had also heard from other nutritional certification sources that the 1000 grams per 10 lbs of body weight is for maximal effect. [If you are always sore, or have an acute injury]  The range can be 500-1000 mg based on these factors. 

Please don&#039;t take them all at once...you&#039;ll smell like a fish!
