Paleo Challenge Day 2

Paleo Day 2. How is eveybody feeling?

Most people have done there measurments. If not you can still go tonight from 4 to 6 . The workout is tommorrow please make sure you write down your numbers from the workout. You will need them at the end of the challenge when we do the workout again.

Todays recipe

Mix any veggie that you are in the mood for with a olive oil ( just enough to coat ) salt, pepper, and any spices you like. Put them in a roasting pan and bake at 350 for 40 minutes. Make a big batch you can have them all week.

I just wanted to give eveybody a little tip. Dont make The Paleo stressful on yourself. Yes, they do call it a diet but it is more a way of life. Dont make yourself so crazy that at the end of the six weeks you dont want anything to do with the Paleo. Just try and make good, clean food choices. It will become a way of life for you and the way you feel physically and mentally will keep you going.

    TY Cara! You look super!!!

    I usually do Summer Squash,Zuccini,Mushrooms,Green Peppers,Yellow peppers,Onions! Normally in EVOO & garlic salt stove top! Saute I will def. try roasting when my batch is gone! It Goes with any meat!

    Hey question…my sister is in the hanson 5 am bootcamp. Is it to late to join the challenge today? Does she have to do the wod or could the camp wod count???? thx guys!
