With a continually running clock complete the following… 800 M Run …record your time and then rest no less than 2 minutes and no more than 3
complete Double Unders for the same amount of time as it took for your run, record your number.
Rest the 2-3 minutes then complete a Row for Calories in the same time that it took to complete the 800 M run. Record your calories.
Rest 2-3 minutes then Run 400 M. Record your time and that is the time that you will use to do your Double Unders. Record and Rest.
Complete the Calorie Row for the 400 M Run time and record your calories.
