Paleo Challenge Update

Hello Everybody,
Okay, so this is the weekend before the start of the Paleo Challenge. Here are some things you need to do this weekend to get ready for the challenge.
~Clean out all the non paleo foods ( Donate to the food pantry) This helps so much because if its not there you cant eat it!
~Food shop. Take a trip over to Trader Joes. They have great stuff and Trader Joes nut butter and nuts are so cheap.
~If you would like referance material you can buy the books: The Paleo Diet by Loren Cordain or Paleo Diet for Athletes by Loren Cordain. Paleofoods.com has some great recipes.
~Everybody needs to come to Cynergy to get their measurements. We will be doing measurements on
Mon June 15
6:30am to 10am
5pm to 5:45pm
Tues June 16
6:30am to 10am
4pm to 6pm
You must bring $20.00 to be part of the challenge.

~ The mandatory workout will be Wed June 17. It will be the WOD so you can go to any class to do it. Again if you can’t be there let me know.
If any bootcampers are doing the challenge. They will have to come in to do the workout.

It is all about Evolving!
Just a little inspiration for all you cavepeople. As most of you know I have recently embraced eating an animal as my protein source. You know that feeling when you walk up to the barbell to do a lift with a weight you are really uncomfortable about? That situation where it takes every resource you can muster up to be able to accomplish that task? Well, while most of you are looking forward to enjoying some yummy meat…I am still struggling to ingest enough! Every bit is still difficult and I am digging really deep each meal. My comfort is spinach and almonds. Every day I want to go running back to my tofu and gardenburgers. I don’t run backwards because I have challenged myself to grow and evolve. We all have the strength to roll past the ups and downs of the Palio diet, we just need to access that same place we access to lift that heavy barbell or get our chest to that damn bar! I believe I can DO THIS…Do YOU Believe YOU can do this? Rock on sisters & brothers lets support eachother in our own personal evolution.

I am thinking of taking the Paleo challenge. What time on Wednesday is the workout? I am in the 6am bootcamp in hanson.

Hi Kim,
You should definatly do the challenge its going to be great. You can come to any of the classes at the gym on Wed. They are 5,6,7,8,9am or 5,6pm. Also you need come in to do your measurements. Monday 6:30 t0 10am or 5to5:45pm
Tuesday 6:30 to 10am or 4to6pm
