Hey guys,
Thanks for the shout out…Cynergy Partners Steve C, Holly and myself did a team WOD for the South Shore Reps during the cert. It was a wonderful experience (excluding Fran) and the instruction was excellent. Marshfield PD are starting a new recruiting policy which hopefull encourage the Jolie Gentry’s of the world to consider employment with our PD!!!! The bad guys don’t have a chance in Santa Cruz. Its called entrapment in Massachusetts.
Cyndy and Keith, your most recent WODS have been killing us….HEAVY…especially today we did PAINSTORM-Fran plus plus plus plus. All this weekends technical instruction went to (blank) after the first 21′s, but I was still alive after a miserable 28:37. Yeah I know… its slow. Anyways, we look forward to seeing some of you a week from Saturday. Till then, thanks for the support.
