“Lather, Rinse and…. Repeat”

We had a lot of requests for another pull-up clinic, since there were many of you who couldn’t make it on Saturday.  In the effort to have it on a different day because of every-one’s hectic schedules.  We’ll be holding another pull-up clinic on Thursday, June 11th at 6:30pm.  It will end promptly at 7:30 since the 5 amer’s will have to go directly home and to bed! 

Once again, if you want to learn the technique for the kip, never tried before, or just want some tips to improve your already working pull-up,  this is the thing for you! 

If you’re still using that band, get your butt in here and give it a shot, you never know until you try!  See you all there!

PS:  I’m cranky when I haven’t been fed…
