Well once again Sunday Morning work outs were very difficult [as you can see....]. If anyone really want to challenge themselves you really need to get here on sunday mornings. Save a work out spot in the week for it! It is worth it! It has been a real challenge to get these work outs done! Great work from everyone today. Lauri…remember…never again!

    Ralph…we always remember our first!
