Saturday Crossfit Bootcamp!

We had a good turnout this morning for Saturday Crossfit Bootcamp at 9 A.M.–remember bootcampers, you are all welcome to this class, so take advantage of it!
MAIN EVENT: Partner Relays!
In teams of 2, Partner 1 completes task, then tags Partner 2 to repeat. We played 2, 12 minute rounds, with a change in exercise for round 2!
Round 1:
20 yard sprint–10 KB Swings
40 yard sprint–10 Squat Thrusts
60 yard sprint–10 Pushups
Round 2:
20 yard sprint–10 KB Sumo Deadlift High Pulls
40 yard sprint–10 Burpees
60 yard sprint–10 Situps
You all did an excellent job this morning! Watch out week 2, because these guys are ready to work!
