Great job today 5AM! Denise and Di, look at the form and weight!….AWESOME!

Today for me was a perfect example of how much more beneficial it is to work out at the box than at home. Even if you know the workouts and even if think you are incorporating proper form, there’s absolutely NO comparison to having a professional coach standing there correcting the even the slightest improper movements or fouls. There is NO doubt you can lift more watching and learning from your fellow athletes than you can alone. Denise, thank you SO much for leading the way with the strength lifts today. Going from not being able to get the bar off the ground to dead lifting it 3x was entirely due to your motivation. You were FIERCE today! Rich B, dude, you are ridiculously on FIAH lately. Keep it going; everyone around you benefits from your intensity and everyone is well aware of it!
Anyone who may read this blog who doesn’t belong to Cynergy or your nearest crossfit community is cheating themselves out of an amazing experience that will push you into being better at this stuff than you could possibly imagine!
I am inspired on a daily basis, each day by different people quietly doing extraordinary things. I’m so grateful to be here with you guys; thank you!

Thanks Jill – You set the bar pretty high every day. Just trying to keep up!!! I saw a lot of awesomeness today from everybody…I think the fire is burning a bit hotter for all of us after reading the Albany blogs and viewing the photo montage!!! Truly Inspirational.
