150 Push ups for time….*

150 straight no knee push ups…[if possible]. The only position  in the push up you can rest is in a tight plank position….If you have to stop other than that you have to run 50 meters as a penalty!

    Not to take away from the Albany excitement – but I QUIT MY TOXIC 9-5 DREADFUL JOB TODAY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

    Good luck to all the Cynergy athletes competing this weekend. You all are more than ready for this challenge. Don’t forget to have fun and take it all in!

    AND…last, but certainly not least, good luck to Mel! You are also more than ready for the challenge you are facing Sunday. For those who don’t know, she is running a half marathon! Wow, you are an inspiration every day! Go get it done and have fun!

    Jill – I have noticed a trend….some of these WOD’s are for time??? I find it helps to ask Cindy prior to the start just to be sure. I think like 1 out of every 5 is timed. That’s just an estimate (it may be 1 out of every six but…). I’ll keep studying the trends and see if I can figure out Cindy’s pattern.
