Great WOD today. Denise way to kill it on the home stretch!

Having partnered with Cindy this morning, I would say she is well prepared for Albany! She is a rowing and burpee machine! Plus, we all know she is way strong and could probably do a 95 lb. thruster with one hand
Vicki – great job working on that rowing technique! I liked this WOD alot – though I could have stood to do without the burpees!!!!

Thanks Maureen! It’s funny….my thoughts were why the hell is Maureen not competing? You are unbelievable on that row! Next year baby…..this dumb-stupid-laywer facade that you keep up is not working for you anymore!
Great job today… Maureen and Vicki you are awesome partners!

Great job today everyone, 5am is a rough deal and you guys are hard core!!!
Yes Cindy looked well prepared on that row this morning, while Pam and Vikki made some beautiful improvements to their technique. Well done ladies.
Team lady and the tramp, you had us by about 8 seconds I think, I just wanted to make you aware that I’m officially requesting a rematch!
Nice work to my teamates today, Diane and Dan, way to push, that was a rough one!!!
I’m in for Knee-Sock Wednesday this week!! I wanna see the monkeys…
wait, that sounded weird…

Oh, can anyone provide any information on the handsome bald man dressed in black…is he new?…yum…:)

I’m in for knee-sock Wednesday and team Lady and the Tramps accept your challenge for a re-match. Lindsey I’m not new, I’ve been coming to Cynergy since January but thanks for the compliments. I didn’t wear black today though so you may want to get checked for color blindnes

I see now….You were talking about the other tramp. My bad! Sorry Dan.

Rich – you crack me up!! Okay to KSW – although I may wear them on my arms to keep the bruises away from the double unders. Since Buzz pointed out to me that maybe I don’t do double unders as good as he heard after he saw what my arms looked like!!
And thanks Dan and Lindsey for doing the majority of the burpees!! They are not in my favorite category – so therefore they will not be in the revised Fabulous 50 WOD tomorrow!

Tramps nice work! 8 seconds Dan and Rich pushing me all the way!!
May 19th, 2009 at 12:45 pm
Don’t knock Di’s double unders or you better be ready to buy tickets for her GUN SHOW!!! I saw some sparks and smoke coming from the jump rope last time she “demonstrated” the proper form.

Hey Di! Don’t count out Burpees tomorrow! They may just be part of your birthday present!!
May 19th, 2009 at 2:11 pm

I missed the 5am crew this morning, but my thanks go to the 8am class for letting me join in their fun. Di, I hope to see you tomorrow morning, but if I don’t, Happy B-Day!! (Do you think the “B” could be for burpees?)
