BEAR Strength

Bear Complex 

6 sets of 5 Reps

Increase weight each set using the strength chart

Bar cannot rest on the ground throughout the 5 reps

Bear Complex:  1 Rep = Clean + Front Squat + Push Press + Back Squat + Push Press

You may combine the movements.  ie Squat Clean-Thrusters-Back Squat Thrusters, etc.

    Rich B – you are not alone. The hardest part today was the front squat and push press for me. Now all I keep saying is Fran is gonna suck! What is the date???? I am hoping I just had a bad day!

    I was wondering the same thing B!! Must have been hard doing the bear with a hood over your face. Although I could have used the hood to soften some of the blows to the back of my head trying to get the bar up from the back squat.

    Danielle – with that attitude Fran will suck. Where is that positive thinking!!!

    Hey…no more talk about FRAN!! Keep your focus, work hard and pay attention to what is front of you at the present.
