***Albany Update***
By Chip | May 18, 2009
Hey guys,
Most of you have seen that the WODs have been posted. Here’s just some more info regarding this weekend:
This has the two Saturday WODs posted, two videos about the movement standards that the athletes will be held to, and a lot of local information about the area.
This site, which I just learned about, is the “official” site for this weekend’s Qualifier, which has the WODs, written definitions of the movement standards, and the names of all the registered athletes (over 200!). It also states on the site that they will post athletes and their heat times this afternoon, but as of right now, they aren’t posted yet. You may want to check back.
You may want to click around both sites.
Hope this helps!
Chip

Hey guys… if you haven’t seen the Albany CF website today, they just changed the rep scheme for the first WOD. It’s is now:
AMRAP for 12 minutes:
5 Thrusters
10 Burpees
Apparently it was a typo before… Just FYI

Congrats to Cynergy Crossfit for an excellent showing in the N.E. Qualifier. I’m particularly impressed by Cynthia B. We here at MPD are monitoring Cynergy all the time and using your workouts regularly. Hope to engage in a couple of summer time challenges with you guys. Hope to see you all real soon.

Just an additional note, anyone out there signed up for the Level 1 Cert in Natick. If so, I look forward to seeing you there.
