Monday, May 18th, 2009Bear Complex 6 sets of 5 Reps Increase weight each set using the strength chart Bar cannot rest on the ground throughout the 5 reps Bear Complex: 1 Rep = Clean + Front Squat + Push Press + Back Squat + Push Press You may combine the movements. ie Squat Clean-Thrusters-Back Squat Thrusters, etc.
