5 Rounds with a Partner…

200 M Sprint

250 M Row Sprint (count the number of pulls it takes to get to 250)

20 Double Unders

Just like a game of tag, set up teams of 2.  One person starts the run, then tags their partner who will then run.  Partner 2 comes back to tag partner 1 who then starts the Row while partner 2 rests.  Partner 2 takes over the row after partner 1 finishes and then they finish up on the Double unders and complete an additional 4 rounds.

EVERY one of you made HUGE improvements in your rowing technique today!  Some coming from 40 pulls to 24 and in less time!  Great work on honing in on the technique.

The double unders are amazing as well!  Many of you really got them today….maybe there really is something about  knee sock Friday?  hmmmmm…

    WOW! This was an exhausting workout, especially when I was teamed up with my fellow blondie Gaynor. She was amazing! I don’t think I had more than a few seconds rest at any one time. Thanks Kristin for setting the bar very high for me to push myself. I think I have finally caught my breath. Also great job to the rest of the 8 AMers. Way to go!
