Welcome Nick! Great job this morning with this very hard WOD.
If anyone is interested in doing the Cape Cod Marathon relay on 10/25 as part of the Cynergy relay teams, and has not already contacted me, please do so (mlane@melicklaw.com). So far we have about 11 people interested. For more information about the race, check out http://www.capecodmarathon.com. The relay legs are from about 3 miles to 6 miles and you can have teams of 2 to 5 people. There is plenty of time to train. It is supposed to be a beautiful course through Falmouth. I am planning on getting our teams registered this week, so please let me know if you are interested. Thanks!

1st day back in a while. Almost had to stop on the drive home because it was too hard to move my foot back and forth from the gas to the brake. Can’t wait til tomorrow.

Shannon and Laurie (and anyone else who still wants to do marathon relay) – plenty of room for you on the teams. Just send me an email directly so I have your contact information for registering. Thx.
