50 Double Unders
50 Butterfly Sit Ups
40 Double Unders
40 Overhead Squats (PVC)
30 Double Unders
30 Push Ups
20 Double Unders
20 Ring Dips
10 Double Unders
10 Handstand Push ups
*When complete: 1 Mile group run for the cool down
