Deadlift-Burpee Ladder

Ascending Ladders for AMRAP in 20 Minutes…
Deadlift (Body Weight)
Burpees
*start with 1 DL and 1 Burpee, then 2 DL and 2 Burpees, 3 DL and 3 Burpees and contiue adding one rep to each until the buzzer.
*Record completed rounds

This was a tough one. Even my eyeballs were sweating by the end. Who knew you could actually look forward to burpees?????

You said it Maureen, when you look forward to doing burpees … well thats just wrong!! But then again giving yourself a reasonable wieght to lift would help too. Damn front bum.

To all the aching backs out there, Burpees still *#^&!!! I didn’t realize my back was sore until I washed the floors.. Ouch.. never realized i could sweat so much deadlifting.

Ya, my eyeballs were stinging from the sweat. I thought the Dead-Push WOD was a beast. Now we have a Dead-Burp WOD, good times.

Great WOD. Didnt realize how sore my back and legs were till the footchase today! Thanks Coach Buzz great job last night running the class!
