Deadlift-Burpee Ladder

Ascending Ladders for AMRAP in 20 Minutes… Deadlift (Body Weight) Burpees *start with 1 DL and 1 Burpee, then 2 DL and 2 Burpees, 3 DL and 3 Burpees and contiue adding one rep to each until the buzzer. *Record completed rounds   REMINDER:  FREE Intro to CrossFit Class on Saturday at 8 AM!
