Most all of you hit a PR today!  Tremendous effort and support today everyone!  I am so proud of the accomplishments you are making in your strength work!  Love it!

    Great work at 5AM today -glad to see we set the Burpee standard!! 30 lb increase today to 95#.

    We worked hard at it Rich. We like to be the leaders! Next time we put you behind Diana! 35 pound increase for me – from PVC last time (little form problem) to 35 pounds today!

    6am ~ (5) burpees! :) I miss burpees..

    March… Had 95# all sets
    Today… Got Three 105# just not consecutive. :) Definately a PR tho!!

    Great job 9amers, how to sprint and recover, 5am may have set the burpee standard but we met it head on. Don’t ask me how but 145lbs for three at the end of the workout felt good, can’t wait until I know what I’m doing.

    sorry I was not there 5am! I could have added to the penalty burpees! Proud of my friends increase! Di way to go!! Awesome! Rich is not a porkchop now a T bone, I hope the ladies were nice to you this morning…

    I take one rest day and you guys get a 30 burpee penalty??! Just kidding!

    Denise – the lovely ladies of 5AM were cordial and polite this morning. Di threw a medicine ball at me and Diana added 15 pound plates to the bar when I wasn’t looking but other than that it was OK

    I’m still on cloud 9!!! The last recorded weight in my book was 50lbs- today I ended up finishing with 3 reps of 105!!!!!!!

    Jen and T we are totally moving up a level next time! Great job today ladies :)

    Niiice job 9 am! T & Kristen great job!! Had fun today:)I jumped 20 lbs with a 5 reps at 95lbs. tempted to go back to night to play more…

    Great pix .. Great job by everyone; congrats on all the PRs! Tullygirl, totally inspirational effort today. Rich, dedicating the intense effort for your PR while also taking the time to correct my technical flaws is such a great example of what goes on in all the classes and what I LOVE about coming every day! Amazing collection of people in every class, great work!

    My apologies….I missed a 2 for the 8 AM class…..they had 25 Burpee Penalties and they may tell you that it was due to all of the fancy ball work they attempted?
    Also, 5 PM had 5 and 6 PM had 0! You all are the big winners for the day!! Great teamwork!

    ya those ARE little weights on my bar but they are the REALLY heavy kind!!! Really!!!
